that housed dozens of sparrows.
One day, a new sparrow arrived
and tried to sit in a group of three
and tension rose that could not be described.
The other three sparrows stared
at the foreigner's weird ways
he was slightly lighter, and chirped different.
Also, new bird's wings were slightly impaired.
It was as if the other bird's hate was ardent.
On one sunny day
the new bird chirped a tune
and the three other birds sneered.
They wanted him to go away
and a plan they commandeered.
A few hours passed
and the three birds pretended
to befriend the new sparrow.
The plan began at last.
Push new bird off a branch so narrow.
The new bird fell
so stunned, he forgot to fly.
He thought he made friends.
They might as well be from hell.
There was a thud when he got to the end.
