Located at 16th and K street, it is close to many hotels.
The outside may look ordinary, but the inside is fashioned after an old gas station.
Vibrant colors, vintage decorations and a friendly staff are just the tip of the iceberg. The food was fantastic.
Fuel serves a wide variety of pizzas, including a "make your own", salads and wings.
The pizza that I had, a simple cheese and sausage, was great.
The cheese and sauce blended together exquisitely, and the crust was slightly chewy and not overwhelming.
I wish that this pizza joint was available in Kansas City.
If you find yourself hungry in Washington D.C., I highly recommend Fuel.
