Journal: Sept. 1, 2015

I do not think that teenagers are stereotyped by society.
The reason that I say that is because a stereotype is an unfair judgement that the members of a certain group are all the same.
To me, that means that a stereotype is an inaccurate judgement.
That is why I say that teenagers are not stereotyped; because all the "stereotypes" that teenagers have, lazy, self-centered, rude, are all  true in one way or another.
Every teenager is a victim of sloth, which is apparent in the constant whines of "I'm tiiiiired" at school, sleeping in too late, or getting "senioritis."
In addition, whether it's intentional or unintentional, teenagers are narcissists and egotistical.
That explains the drug use, alcoholism, and premarital sex, etc. Teenagers are only focused on what is "good" for them at that moment.
If teenagers do not partake in the aforementioned, which I would like to make explicitly clear that I do not, the show narcissism by being selfish driver, etc (which I will admit to.)
  That leads me into rudeness.
Literally every teenager is rude at some point, usually many times a day.
This goes along with being narcissists, they only care about themselves.
