There are some people who can be almost completely associated by what they like.
To prove the point, Sarah Trail, senior, is just like her favorite animal- the wolf.
Headstrong, wild, free, tough and brave are all attributes of the wolf, therefore attributes of Trail.
In love with the wild, Trail plans on learning how to take care of wildlife, including wolves, and protecting it as her career.
One of her passions is to study the history of wolves. How they evolved into dogs and how their populations are fluctuating are all important topics to Trail.
"I think that there need to be more laws to protect [wolves]. Instead, there's a law being written to allow them to be killed," Trail said.
In addition to her love of the wild, Trail is also able to identify the flora and fauna that live in it.
"Leaves of three, leave it be" is something that she teaches her cousins, helping them avoid poison ivy.
Also, Trail knows how to defend and protect herself from bears, bees, mountain lions and even boars.
Trail is truly one wild girl, just like the wolf.
"People seem to think that wolves are evil and vicious creatures. In actuality, that's how humans are acting towards them," Trail said.
